RABIN MEDICAL CENTER ISSUES A STATE OF EMERGENCY ALERT:

Rabin Medical Center has moved to emergency work and is preparing to operate the underground hospital and the protected areas to which vital departments and services are transferred.

For over 24 hours, Rabin Medical Center has been operating in emergency mode under Home Front Command directives, as part of Operation “Operation Rising Lion.”

The shielded underground facility, which includes 350 beds, is fully operational. Patients from eight departments—including internal medicine, surgical, and intensive care—have been safely transferred there.

The delivery suites and the shielded emergency department continue to operate as usual, maintaining full continuity of care and ensuring the safety of all medical teams. Dialysis treatments continue as usual at the hospital.

New dialysis machines brought to the underground hospital, in preparation of the influx of patients to be safely moved underground during missile attacks.

Rabin Medical Center remains fully prepared for ongoing emergency operations and continuous medical activity.

We extend our condolences to the families, wish a swift recovery to the injured, and hope for calmer days ahead.
